Please do not book appointments online for:
- Childhood immunisations as these are provided by the nurses and do not require a doctors appointment
- Appointments that require a longer consultation time i.e. minor surgery, driver’s license
Please remember:
- If you require urgent attention you will always be seen promptly however this may not always by your regular doctor
- If you need to cancel you appointment or, no longer require it please cancel this 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time or you may incur a fee
Enrolling with our practice
We have made our enrolment form available for you to download and complete in the comfort of your own home. If you don’t have the availability to download this just pop into our clinic or call us and we will mail one out to you.
Complete the form for each person wishing to enrol and return it to our practice. We will process your registration and request you medical file from your previous practice. Children over 16 years need to sign their own form.
Once you have completed the enrolment form just drop it off at the practice, please remember to take some photo ID to the practice with you along with the completed enrolment form.
If you have multiple problems and require a longer consultation time please discuss this with reception at the time of booking your appointment.
If you move or decide to change to another GP we can forward your medical files to the new GP, all we need you to do is to give us signed permission to do so. Children over 14 years of age need to sign the permission themselves (this is a requirement of the Privacy Act 1993).

Most practices throughout New Zealand are members of a Primary Health Organisation (PHO). PHOs receive funding from the government to provide primary health services to their communities. By enrolling with our practice you will benefit from these services and reduced charges. Enrolment is free and voluntary however if you do not wish to enrol you can still be seen at our practice but the cost will be higher as you will be defined as a casual patient.
The Ministry of Health website has a guide to the eligibility criteria for funding enrolled patients. Eligibility for non New Zealand residents funding is dependent on your work visa status.
